Manual User Adjustment Calculation
1. Perform a gravimetric test and calculate the necessary volume adjustment using the following simplified formulas:
Determined volume = Average of the weighing values / [Density of liquid - Density of air (0.0012 g/ml)]
Volume adjustment = Set volume – Determined volume
2. Derive the user adjustment setting from the assignment table (user manual or table listed below).
3. Document settings for regularly occurring applications.
